Ortega Interior Designer

Ortega is a neighborhood in Jacksonville, Florida. It is south of Downtown Jacksonville and occupies a peninsula on the bank of the St. Johns River. The neighborhood’s construction in 1902 was largely funded by J. Pierpont Morgan.
