Virtual Design Consultations

Your home is your refuge. We take the health and safety of our community seriously and aim to provide our clients with the best possible customer experience. We are now offering two types of complimentary no-contact virtual consultations for our interior design services:

• Video Call Consultations – This is possible using Zoom and Google Duo. Together, we will virtually tour your home and discuss your ideas.
• Phone Call Consultations – If you prefer not to video chat, we are happy to look at pictures of your home’s interior and discuss your project over the phone. 

We make the process as seamless as possible. Based on our discussions, we create a design for you that reflects your needs and tastes using products from our wide array of trusted and well-known suppliers. We’re there every step of the way from inspiration to installation.

Please note that due to frequently changing business operations with our vendors across the country, delivery timelines and project logistics will be discussed over the phone.

Q. How does the process work?

Q. How do I pay for your interior design services?  

A. Cash/Check (Prefered, contactless may be available), Major credit cards.

Q. How long does the design process take?

A. The design process on average takes 1 to 1 and a half weeks, per room. This time may be shortened if designing multiple rooms or if there’s a special event or time issue we need to consider.

Q. How will the design be presented?

A. On Zoom

Q. What if I want to see fabric, rug, and paint samples?

A. We can show you the samples via Zoom or other platforms. In some special cases, we might be able to send a cutting of the sample (on a case-by-case basis). ( This question also gets tricky because we don’t typically leave the samples with the client as it’s our intellectual property)
